We must therefore ask you, next time you visit this website, to view the conditions again and to note any changes or amendments that may have been made. eClinic Service Offering Ainscorp employ Australian qualified Medical professionals to deliver all guidance and opinions pertaining to your Ostomy and or Wound query. All advice provided is that of the clinician employed to deliver your consultation and should be treated as advisory information only. Should symptoms persist you will be referred for further physical assessment. At times you may be
referred to a future follow up consultation session, this is to be booked by you as the patient via the online booking platform (https://www.ainscorp.com.au/eclinic).
Should a patient need to reschedule their appointment they may do so free of charge with a minimum 24 hours notice. Failing to attend set appointment will result in forfeiting the booking fee for the set time. Should a patient cancel their appointment, their booking fee will be forfeit. If the appointment is cancelled by our clinician, the full booking fee will be refunded. In the case of technical difficulties, rescheduling of the appointment will be required free of charge. Should a new booking be required this will need to be made with a
new booking via the eClinic platform.
