No, you do not need a referral.
How do I access this service?
By following the steps outlined on the booking page (link) to confirm your appointment you will be sent a link and password via email to access the online consultation at the allocated time and date via Zoom. You do not need an account with Zoom to use this service, however you will need an email address.
Can I talk to a clinician via phone?
What equipment or technology do I need
To be able to talk to a clinician online, you will need a computer device with an integrated camera and microphone. Most laptops, tablets and smart phones are automatically equipped with these. You will also need to stream video via Zoom, so a decent internet connection is essential. If you have Wi-Fi and access to the Zoom application on your device. You do not need a Zoom account to use
their video service.

Is there a non-attendance, late or cancellation fee?
Ainscorp charges patients a booking fee for its services. This fee is charged at the time a booking is made and will be refunded if the clinician cancels the appointment, or if there is a technological failure that prevents an effective consultation between patient and doctor. Technological failure is assessed and logged by the clinician. The booking fee is generally not refundable if you, as a patient,
