Ainscorp eClinic Privacy Policy
The team at Ainscorp recognise how important it is to retain high levels of information privacy and security. We also understand that this is of the utmost importance to our users and to any other parties who come into contact with our services. As such, we pledge to make sure that your personal data is always protected and secured. We also pledge to operate with the highest levels of transparency and honesty when it comes to data protection. This is why we have outlined our privacy and security pledges here, for all to see and reference. We
would be prohibited from providing such services as our eClinic, unless we put in place a robust and fit for purpose set of rules and regulations which govern this privacy and security. All of this is outlined in this document.
Information Collected by Ainscorp
To provide users with the services they need, we collect some basic information pertaining to them such as Name, Email and Phone number. The data will be collected and stored by 3 rd party booking software Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, Privacy Policy available here: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. Should any patient notes by taken by our clinician they will be stored with confidentiality on Acuity Scheduling. All users must be in Australia when accessing Ainscorp eClinic. With this information, we
can optimise our site and the experience we provide to our users. We aim to bring our site and offerings up to speed across all operating systems and web browsers, so this data helps us to secure this functionality. All payment details are managed by our payment platform Squarespace. Ainscorp do not hold or record payment details.
The Ainscorp team pledges never to use the information we collect from you for any purpose other than to service your needs. Data collected via Ainscorp’s eClinic and linked software will not be used for marketing purposes. Our data handling policy is governed by the laws of Australia, and, in addition to this, we pledge never to sell your information to a third party for any purpose.
Email Information
There are several areas of our sites and services that require users to provide their email addresses to achieve complete functionality. For example, when a user signs up to the Ainscorp eClinic service or creates an account, email information is automatically and in finality stored on Acuity Scheduling. This email information is used as a security feature - i.e. the user must be able to supply the password
associated with the email to access their account - and also as a means of communication. Whenever there is a new piece of information or documentation which you need to be aware of - for example, a release form or a report from one of our professionals - we will need to contact you. We can use this email address to get in touch. Please remember to check your account as often as you can. Ainscorp endeavour to email any new information to the user, but this is not a guarantee. Users should not assume that, just because they have not received an email. We also may not provide a notification at all if our terms and conditions or our privacy policy changes, so be sure to check back to the relevant documents to stay abreast of the latest information. Ainscorp will never disclose or sell email addresses or other information. This means users can rest assured that their personal details are safe.
Password Protection
As has been discussed, certain areas of the Ainscorp site require passwords if they are to be accessed by users. This requires users to create a unique and secure password which will keep their information safe and free from theft or manipulation. All responsibility for the following rests with the user; Controlling the security of the password, and not letting it fall into the wrong hands. Modifying the password if the user feels that its security has been compromised in some way. Regularly checking the user account to ensure that no unauthorised access has taken place Notifying Ainscorp immediately if any breach has taken place. Carrying out all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of the password and all other login information as with all passwords, users are urged to keep their Ainscorp passwords and login information safe and secure. Users should make sure that they do not use the same password for multiple accounts
with multiple service providers, as this represents a serious security risk.
