2. TERMS: Trading terms are 30 days from the end of the month.
3. MINIMUM ORDERS: Minimum order quantities are applicable at the time the order is placed. Please confirm these with our customer service representative when placing the order.
4. DELIVERY FEE: Delivery fees are applicable for ALL orders
5. ITEMS RETURNED FOR CREDIT: Authorisation from Ainscorp Pty.Ltd. is required before any goods are returned for credit. Please call 1300 784 737 for an authorisation number. This number is to be quoted with the return of goods. Stock returned must be in a saleable condition. Ainscorp Pty.Ltd. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
6. CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Any claims for shortages or damages should be made within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Goods must not be out of date (or close to expiry date) or a discontinued line. Special orders cannot be returned.
