Cynefin Framework

​In order to best make sense of the environment in which we operate on a daily basis and also complications that may arise, AinsCorp makes use of the Cynefin framework. This 5 part decision-making system is designed to assist people in identifying how they and others perceive and react in different situations. It provides guideline on how best to approach a situation depending on its level of complexity - though even this may not be initially apparent.
